Profile and Requirements:

• Adequate Qualification – Medical training and specialization completed in a European country;

• Knowledge of French B2 – if you do not have it yet, we will support you in acquiring the desired level;

• Recognition of the medical diploma and specialty in France (the process takes about 4 months), we will support you throughout the process.

Offer and Benefits:

• Several job openings for hospital units and rehabilitation centers in salaried, freelance, or substitution (replacement) arrangements;

• In salaried positions, the offered medical salaries are calculated with an index according to the doctor’s experience and their ability to handle the hospital’s demands. Approximate amounts: between €5500 and €7500 net; 25 days of annual vacation, plus the possibility of 19 RTT days (reduction of working time), health insurance, or days off for training.

• In a liberal regime, there is no fixed salary, as the doctor is self-employed, and they can achieve an initial revenue (business value) of around 10k to 15k gross/month; with demand and experience, these figures increase;

• In a substitution regime, the medical values presented are around 600€ net/day, with accommodation and meals on-site and the possibility of covering travel expenses;

• The client provides or helps to find accommodation;

• Support throughout the entire administrative process until placement.
